The graph on this page illustrates the normal drop in employee commitment experienced after an acquisition and the effect our programs can have.
Having employees committed to the success of the organization after an acquisition is an important aspect of moving forward as an integrated organization. In spite of the immediate euphoria that normally follows the acquisition, there are many obstacles to regaining employee commitment. Loss of influence, newly constrained authority, poorly understood goals, indecision, new management, shifting job content, and normal resistance to change can all contribute to a waning commitment of the newly acquired employees.
Our programs, taken as a whole will turn this situation around. In addition, our staff can design incentive based compensation programs, employee forums, communications programs, and provide management coaching to address specific concerns of the employees.
